It’s that time of Summer again – the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale time of Summer – and every year I make “Best Of Lists” for some of my favorite categories.  I wasn’t sure I was going to do that again this year but the readers have spoken … you want the lists!!  So first up, my very favorite category … Shoes!!  And while I really am trying to limit the Best of lists to a small number … I have a hard time doing that with shoes.  So today you get 20 Shoes from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  I promise there is a whole range of styles and there is a shoe here for everybody!  #ShoeSelectionParity

*Many of these are making there way to my house and I plan to update social media with reviews for the ones I purchased.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Shoes (My Top Picks)

These AllSaints boots are simply to unique and utterly cool to ignore.  They also come in solid black.  I’ve not really seen a boot like this and I’m looking forward to making statements all Winter long (even if it those statements only happen in my kitchen).  #HappyHouseShoes

This Under $100 alternative I find equally cool with a nice mix of brown and black (three other color choices).

My Trend Pick

I’ve been eyeing all the cool combat boots making appearances EVERYWHERE.  I’m torn between the brown or the green but I’m giving the brown a slight edge.  #BuyingBothToCompare

The heel on the green has a slightly more appealing weekend walking around practical edge, however.  Also comes in Black and Walnut.

And for an even more practical boot with a lower heel and waterproof buckled up look. I’m in love with these Blondo boots.  It’s too bad I have a pair of Stuart Weitzman nearly identical.  #CategoryTaken

Brown Boots

This is another category decidedly taken in my closet but since I wear them all weekend long it never hurts to look at options.  I like the perforated details on these Cole Haan ones as a cool transition bootie (not a practical one once the weather becomes really cool though).  #PracticalSchmatical #LookCuteFirst

This Sofft boot gives an nod to the lace up combat boots but feels a little more low key.  There is also a Sorel version that is very similar (but waterproof).

Animal Flats

You know leopard has a special place in my closet and I love my leopard flats.  These Steve Madden ones were the most similar but I also grabbed the Born ones in the featured image (can you say slipper-like).

As an alternative to leopard opt for snake.  I’m loving the sleek look of these Botkier ones in a cool pop of blue for something different.

Not ready to go all in with animal print … opt for texture instead.  These loafers were a big winner during last year’s sale and I’m loving the new colors and the croc look (seven color options).

Dress Up

I don’t dress up as nearly as often as I used but when I do, I want to feel pulled together from head to toe.  These are all options that will dress your toes for the office (wherever your office is these days).

The classic tassel loafer is making a comeback and I’m here for it!! Comes in three color options.

I know white is polarizing but I’m still loving the look (see white shoes styled here) and I’m liking the subtle heel, split vamp and casual cool vibe of these.  They also come in black croc and snake print if you still can’t embrace white.

Ted Baker heels always have my heart but I love this low block heel slingback as a more laid back alternative (also available in black).

I have a pair of Navy shoes that are very close in style to these.  And my black VINCE heels are also as unique.  These are the pair that you will have for years and wear with everything for all the events (three colors).  #NoReally

Looking for something to update your heel collection for Fall?  Think olive green neutral with some stud details (also comes in three other colors).  If you want flats in this tone then I totally added these to my cart. #VinceLover *Website notes these fit large and to order down – I didn’t read that and I agree after receiving mine.

This is one of my favorite boot silhouettes for dressier attire and Navy always has my heart (also comes in black).

For Fun

I don’t know where I am wearing these fun leopard heels but I can’t stop putting them in my cart because they are just too fun!!

Casual

Since many of us spend our days in a more casual mode I included a few more casual options.  These are similar to the famous Linea Paolo ones but did I mention waterproof?  #BasicallyLifeProof

If you don’t want to splurge for Golden Goose then Veja would be my second choice.  Size down if you are in between.  They also had a bright green colorway but these felt more Fall.

These Sorel Sneakers were a late add to my cart but I feel like they are perfect for running to the post office or taking neighborhood walk breaks during the workday.

Winners In My Closet Already (Honorable Mention)

Even though I’ve already covered my top 20 these three deserve an honorable mention.  They are already in my closet (or very close) and the amount of wear they get means they are certainly winners!!

My tall black boots are technically Aquatalia but these look so similar that I had to include them.  These are they type of investment pieces you should be looking for in the sale.  If you want even less heel try these.

These were included in last year’s sale and they are the perfect little black boot.  #LBB

These blush booties were also from last year’s sale and while my exact pair isn’t included there is a similar colorway with a croc print.  #EvenBetter

This isn’t the last you have seen of these Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Shoes … prepare to see them styled as they start to arrive on my doorstep.  #BringOnTheLooks
