Last #Shoesday I started the Fall Trends conversation with all the Fall colors that are trending (and they aren’t just for shoes BTW). Today’s #Shoesday post continues that conversation by talking all about the shapes that are trending for Fall. I’ve invested in a few of the trends so far but I’m on the hunt for the rest and I’ve found some VERY good picks!!  Here are all the Fall footwear trends you should be on the lookout for!!

Fall Footwear Trends: The Shapes

Heels are having their moment. The classic pump will always be classic but the trend to try now is to mix up the heel geometry. From angled block heels to cylindrical heels – new shapes abound. Such a fun and fresh way to turn your heel into a statement.

I purchased the above Marc Fisher angled heels during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale (in two colors). I’m loving the bright bold blue and the fun V-Heel that ends in a point.  #MakeAPoint #Literally

Heels aren’t the only things changing geometry. Square toes are having their moment too. From Sandals, to pumps to loafers … there are tons of options.  I recently purchased these Stuart Weitzman sandals but I’m on the hunt for something I can wear to the office too!

Fall Footwear Trends: The Accents

Other Fall trends are appearing via adornment. Lace and bows and lacey bows are big (and sometimes the bigger the better). We’ve been seeing hints of this since last Spring but the bows are getting bigger and more contrasting.  I already had my lovely Zara kitten heels and I purchased the Stuart Weitzman beauties above during the Anniversary sale but I may not have this trend fully covered yet!!  #TooCute
