We were in the midst of my Spring Roundup (despite the lack of Spring Weather) when I disappeared for a conference for a week.  If you missed the first two posts (gingham for the office or strappy sandals you should read those too). Today, I am talking Spring Florals.  Floral Prints are everywhere … but what you might not realize is how much flower power there is in work wear.

My Spring Florals Picks

I  tried to include a mix of different items and looks.  These are fun pieces that can be mixed and matched with many other items.  I didn’t even try to kid myself that I could narrow these choices down – I did manage to keep it under twenty, however.  Bonus – since it took me an extra week to get this posted – many of the pieces are now on major sale!

Some of the links are affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I could receive a small commission at no cost to you. Thanks for the support!

Spring Floral Dress Picks

This Chelsea 28 dress can multitask with the best of them.  From office to brunch this one will work.  In the office I would toss a short tweed jacket (yes, that one matches) over the dress.  Pair with classic pumps or strappy heels.

So Veronica Beard like.  I love the neckline and the ruched front of this Sea beauty!  This is perfect for a special occasion but can work equally well for the office paired with a jacket (remove immediately for happy hour to show off the fabulous asymmetrical neckline).

Ted Baker Dress– A floral roundup would be incomplete without a little Ted. No pairing necessary with this beauty. It’s a statement all on its own.

Rebecca Taylor Spring Floral Picks

It isn’t Spring without some Rebecca Taylor florals.  Rebecca Taylor is the quintessential feminine floral provider. Her pieces are gorgeous.  In fact, I wore one of her dresses last night for dinner!

Rebecca Taylor Ikat Print –  This pattern comes in so many silhouettes beside just the skirt … dresses, flowy pants and tops (see one of them styled in this post). I love the little tulips and the interesting color combinations.  Many pieces (including the skirt) are now 40% off!!

Rebecca Taylor Penelope Floral Silk Top – Another beauty by Rebecca Taylor. Pair this with a grey suit or ankle pants and a short jacket.

Floral Denim – I could maybe wear these to work on a Friday … I can definitely wear them on the weekend.  They are so lovely and at the top of my splurge list!

Whistles

I just discovered this brand and I’m in love.  I first saw the below shirt in a Trunk Club email and when I investigated further I saw lots and lots of things to love beside just the shirt.

This shirt is flowy and beautiful!  I love the color combinations and the pleating.

The same pattern in a dress is even more lovely though.  I love the cut of this dress and I would absolutely wear this to the office.

Another beautiful blouse in fun colors and print.  I love the dainty little tie and the subtle ruffle.

I just ordered this dress and I cannot wait for it to arrive.  It is such a great cut and so colorful and fun!!  Yeah Spring!!

Spring Floral Accessories

D’Orsay Flats are a perfect way to provide just a hint of Spring Florals.  (And a very comfortable way).

I love this scalloped tote.  Perfect for a Spring commute to the office.

I love the details on this Coach purse.  Every Coach purse I have ever purchased has stayed with me for years (decades really).  Coach does trends in subtle and timeless ways!

Spring Florals Under $100

The perfect amount of girly with just a little ruching on the shoulders.  This $59 blouse would look great with a pencil skirt and classic pumps!

A Rebecca Taylor look alike with a $59 price tag.  I have this Vince Camuto shell in several solid colors but I’m loving this floral print.  I would pair this one with a light grey suit.

Like the Ted dress above but not the price tag?  This one looks nearly identical but is only $88 dollars.  I find this brand typically runs a size large.

Spring Florals Pencil Skirts

Because the silhouette is classic and with a floral print it is perfect!
