It’s time for the February Roundup. Well, probably past time since it has been more than a year since I’ve done any sort of monthly roundup. #Oops
I thought I would try to get in the habit again though! #WishMeLuck
In February the ground hog told us we weren’t done with Winter. Well he was right. #DarnGroundhog But were are moving on to the month of Spring … I mean the end of Winter … I mean … yeah, all of that! Here’s hoping it arrives sometime before the end of the March!
Popular on Insta
So what was the most popular in February? Well two of the top three posts on Instagram were shoes. No surprise there. And gorgeous floral prints are in full bloom! See more of those in March! #IPromise

Popular on the Blog
The top three blog posts were all reviews (with a fourth so close that I included it as well): Universal Thread, INEZ shoes, BetaBrand Pants and Smile Brilliant Teeth Whitening (it’s not too late to enter the Giveaway to win your own whitening kit).
One item that missed the Universal Thread review was a pair of jeans. I get so many requests for the STS Blue ones I bought during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale (I check all the time and they have never brought them back) that I am always on the hunt for a suitable substitute. I lfrequently use the Madewell ones but they seem to have a hard time keeping them in stock (they must be good). Universal Thread had a comparable pair so I thought I would show you the side-by-side. My STS Blues are first and Universal Thread ones are second. Pretty good, huh? I wasn’t going to keep them because I didn’t think I needed two pairs so similar but after seeing the pictures …. who doesn’t need an extra pair of awesome jeans (especially when they only cost $27)?
And just as proof they also pair well with heels (you can see my STS blues with the same heels here) …

My KITCHEN Must Have
My latest obsession has nothing to do with fashion! Let me explain. Last Christmas (yes more than twelve months ago last) my husband received an Instant Pot as a gift (to replace the rice cooker I melted – a story for another time). We pretty much spent the last year making only grains in it (rice, oatmeal, quinoa).
This year we finally purchased a cookbook for it. Game Changer. Lately we’ve been cooking a majority (real ALL) of our meals in it and I’m super impressed. It’s not only a time saver but it can produced some crazy flavorful meals. I’m eating tonight’s Lentil Soup (courtesy of the Instant Pot) as I type this. I also joined a Facebook Group for Instant Pot Cooks which has helped expand our recipe horizons (Warning: the Facebook women are CRAZY- they will cook ANYTHING in it). #GettingMoreAdventurous
My FASHION Must Have
The sale ends today but you can save 20% off this Veronica Beard Blazer. I’m really sharing this so that when I wear this on repeat all Spring you aren’t caught without one! #JustSaying #YouWereWarned
Coming in MARCH
I’ve got some good content coming in March. Since March brings the first day of Spring I will have a whole week of trends and looks to celebrate. The promised polka dot post will be published and there will be a few fun shoe round ups on Tuesdays. There are a few new reviews (some finished and a few in the works) that you will just have to be surprised about. As always, send me a note if there is something you want to see.
Enjoy your start to Spring (soon, I hope). #PleaseComeEarly
