Last week I posted about all the places I shop and why. I kept it pretty mainstream, though I noted that I love to shop in boutiques … especially with all my travel. I am always looking for unique pieces that very few people are going to have AND that make a total statement. Well one of those places, with those kind of pieces is Two Feathers. They weren’t actually a boutique find but an Instagram one (probably while sitting at an airport). Their pieces are the very definition of unique, the kind that will make people look twice and then ask, “Where did you get that?”
I took one of their day-to-night looks with me last week to my conference in Denver. Not only was the outfit stunning and super comfortable but extremely functional. The conference was long days sitting through sessions followed immediately by evening social hours. I needed pieces that could perform from AM to PM and suit both occasions. #SeeWhatIDidThere

This suit delivered. Given how I like to pack, I also needed pieces that could easily mixed with pieces I already own (read more on that idea here). No problem! I easily re-purposed the pants with my Veronica Beard Window Pane jacket and the Blazer with jeans for a more casual evening look. See both looks below.

The Suit
The Vivian Blazer is pajama like BUT professional. There is also an element of the Kimono trend but in a way that I could totally wear it into the board room. When I paired the Blazer with jeans I simply tied the belt in the back and let it hang. I followed the size recommendations from Two Feathers and I am wearing a Medium.
The Harper pants are even more amazing. Super flattering with a flat front but an elastic back that makes them so comfortable! The length is perfect and just screaming for a statement shoe! I again followed the sizing guidelines and I am wearing a Medium.
