Pleated skirts are having their moment and I love this! I feel like I have worn at least one pleated skirt a week lately. I latched on to them because they are perfect for traveling. Twist them into a ball, toss them in a suitcase and they come out at my destination ready to wear. No ironing required – a total bonus because me and the iron said our goodbyes long ago (not as easy feat when you shove a weeks worth of clothes into a tiny bag).
Pleated skirts are girly girl without needing to be pink or glittery (although that is fun too)! They flatter lots of figures and are so easy to dress up or down. And they come in a rainbow of colors and fabrics meaning you can create lots of different looks. Since I have been wearing so many pleated skirts lately I have managed to create several looks with a variety of styles.

Pleated Skirts Looks
I purchased this skirt during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and it is one of my absolute favorites. The fact that I can pair this with my Black Hugo Suit Jacket is a total bonus! This skirt can easily dress up or down and it is not uncommon to see me in this and a white T-shirt as I travel home from a business trip.
I stumbled across this little gem at target a few weeks ago and am so glad I did. It is so versatile.
